Information we use

Student registration collects your name, email, phone number, selected programme and consent time. WordPress stores your account and a password hash in the institute’s database. Administrators review accounts before allowing access to the student dashboard.

Learning activity

The portal records sign-ins, completed assignments and PDF downloads to show your recent activity. It keeps the latest 50 activity entries per account, alongside assignment completion records. Account review records identify the reviewing administrator and review time.

Cookies and security

WordPress uses login cookies to keep you signed in. Temporary abuse-prevention counters use a salted hash of your IP address and expire after 15 minutes for failed logins or one hour for registration attempts. Your browser’s optional study-planner storage is separate from your account.

External services

Enquiry forms prepare a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. Video links open YouTube or Vimeo, and the map loads Google Maps only on request. Those providers apply their own privacy policies. Registration and approval emails are sent through the website’s configured email provider.

Access and retention

Only authorised administrators manage student registrations and learning items. The institute retains account records while providing coaching and account support. Contact us to request correction or deletion; the institute will review any records it must retain. Hosting logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention settings.
